Around 20,980 flats are going to be put on sale in the upcoming scheme. Of the flats on sale, 16,298 units are going to be allotted to Low Income Group (LIG). The next bigger allocation happens in the case of Economically Weaker Group (EWS) with 3,622 units. After that, Middle Income Group (MIG) with 579 and High Income Group (HIG) with 488 housing units would add to the scheme.

Where Will You Find Flats in DDA Housing Scheme?

The flats on sale will be located primarily in Vasant Kunj, Siraspur, Narela, Rohini, Dwarka. According to the latest reports doing the rounds, about 94 LIG, 268 MIG, and 416 HIG flats are going to be offered in Mehrauli-Mahipalpur Road. On the other hand, 72 HIG units would be located in Sector 2 Vasant Kunj. Around 3,622 Janta and 16,077 LIG flats would be built in Narela and Rohini, respectively. Sultanpur tomb will see around 311 MIG and 125 LIG units.

Which Are The Banks Participating in DDA Housing Scheme 2018?

There are ten banks participating in the mega housing event. These are State Bank of India (SBI), Bank of Baroda (BoB), Canara Bank, Central Bank of India, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank and Yes Bank. You can get the application brochure at any of these banks at 200, including the taxes. At the same time, you have an option to download the brochure from the official DDA website.

How Will DDA Decide the Winners of Housing Scheme?

The DDA will decide the winners on the basis of a computerized draw that will take place a couple of months after the last date of housing application. It will happen under the supervision of top DDA officials.

What If You Win in the Draw Round?

If you win the draw, the next step would be to apply for a home loan if you do not have the entire amount required to buy a DDA unit. You can thus apply for a home loan at the participating banks or some other lenders online or the nearest branch. You could get a loan at about 75%-90% of the property cost.
